We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • You must provide your order number and the email used at checkout.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or consumed.

We also do not accept returns on items that are intentionally damaged or misused.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review the claim and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@originrelief.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
